Connect with nature. Connect with yourself.
Hike and Yoga series will start up again in the spring when the weather is warmer, hopefully by April. Stay Tuned! We will explore beautiful areas around the Hudson Valley, breathe in fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature, and most importantly stretch our bodies, minds and hearts. Each class will incorporate some walking meditation, yoga, hiking, nature therapy with plenty of time to socialize with friends or meet new people.
This is a great hybrid class for those who like yoga and want to get outdoors, or for hikers who want to learn how to integrate yoga into their hiking.
The hikes last 2 hours and cost $25 per person, and must be paid for in advance. There are no refunds but the hike can be transferred to another person if you can’t make it. If the class is cancelled due to weather you can get a refund or choose to have credit for use at a later date.
Pre-Registration is required. Visit Eventbrite to buy your ticket.

Bachlorette Party Hike and Yoga
Treat the bride-to-be to a Hike and Yoga.
Here’s what one bridesmaid has to say about Hike and Yoga “I planned a hike and yoga retreat with Krystal for a friend’s bachelorette party. We weren’t sure what to expect, and were beyond pleasantly surprised. Krystal is very knowledgeable of the area and was able to recommend several options for different styles of hikes, from a scenic farm walk to a rigorous mountain climb. She was flexible enough to change our plans to a different location at the last minute due to weather. It was so relaxing to combine nature, hiking and yoga. The guided yoga at various points of the hike made it an extra special experience for the bride and everyone involved. Krystal even brought a local snack for us at the end! I can’t recommend Mountain River Yoga enough!”
