Nature and Nurture: Yoga and Singing Bowls Retreat 2017

MAY 5-7, 2017

Thanks for joining us on our first retreat.  See you May 4-6, 2018!

Spend a weekend out in Nature to Nurture yourself. We will use yoga, sound healing, meditation, aromatherapy, and time out in nature to engage all of our senses. Learn how to play singing bowls and how to create your own yoga practice at home. You will leave feeling balanced, peaceful, relaxed and renewed and with the tools to continue cultivating inner peace.

The Won Dharma Center is a meditation and retreat center set on 400 rural acres in Claverack NY, with walking trails that offer breathtaking views of the Catskills Mountains, open meadows and cascading brooks.  They serve Korean vegetarian food that is wholesome, nutritious and delicious.  An ideal environment for individuals seeking spiritual renewal.

Accommodations: The guest residences are simple but elegant and eco-friendly.  You can choose between a private room, double room (you can choose your roommate if you are traveling with someone), or quad room. Both shared and private bathrooms are available within each guesthouse. Accommodation fees range from $200 to $480 for the weekend depending on room selection, and include meals. Please see the registration section for details on pricing for different accommodation choices.

Body Work:  Massage is one of the most accessible and satisfying ways to align your physical and emotional body and harness your ability to heal and transform . Erin Bell’s extensive and intuitive bodywork techniques combined with pure essential oil solutions enhances awareness, relives stress and releases tension.  We strongly suggest booking now, because spots are limited.  Learn more about Erin Bell and sign-up here.  There is also an acupuncturist, Rev.
