Krystal Ford is a registered 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise.  Krystal has been practicing yoga for over 13 years, initially she was drawn to if for the physical practice and stress relief but overtime came to rely on it for spiritual nourishment and overall mental well being.  She is an avid gardener and nature lover, she finds that yoga and being out in nature are the two things that bring her peace and calm, and she tries to combine the two whenever she can.

Krystal strongly believes that yoga is for everyone and, when you’re ready for it, yoga philosophy can change your life.   Her classes focus on using the senses, breath and body to connect with yourself which ultimately leads to contentment.  Krystal has a Masters in Food Studies from New York University and a Bachelors of Nutritional Science from McGill University.
